Disposition Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Disposition Coordinator to join our real team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a key player in our land disposition division, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth and success. This is a role of multiple functions. This position will report directly to the Disposition Manager of one of the fastest growing vacant land businesses in the United States.

Our company is a one-stop-shop for marketing, buying, selling, and processing transactions of land in the United States. We buy and sell land in all 50 states.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create Purchase Agreements: Draft and Add to online document signing portals with attention to detail.
- Sales: You'll have to consistently achieve sales targets through the effective identification of customer needs, posting high-quality listings on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and other real estate databases, tailoring of marketing strategies, and persuasive presentation of land ownership/investment benefits.
- "Get it Done" Mentality: While we value independent thinking, a positive and cooperative approach is crucial. “Get it Done" means you're adaptable, solution-oriented, and willing to collaborate. This also means that you will be okay handling small to-dos at possible inopportune times.
- Independence: You'll have the autonomy to manage tasks efficiently, working both independently and as part of our team. Though there will be an office setting that you'll be required to attend frequently, Most of your work days will be spent physically on your own.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English: English Language 100% proficiency is a must. Your ability to articulate ideas and build relationships will set you apart.
- Real Estate Basics: A basic understanding of US real estate practices is essential. You'll assist in property research, title checks, and due diligence related to land in the U.S.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for research, communication, and documentation.
- Common Sense: This should need no explanation, it's common sense.
- Sales Experience: Basic understanding and knowledge of Phone Sales. Must be able to confidently talk to any caller.
- Connectivity: You must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet place to work.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
