Como Sr. Quality Engineer, serás responsable de garantizar los procesos bajo las normas de calidad establecidas por la organización, administrar los recursos humanos, materiales y económicos de la empresa para llevar acabo una producción más eficiente, asi como desarrollar estrategias que garanticen la calidad tanto en proceso como en el producto terminado, evaluar el producto terminado, identificar errores y proponer mejoras. Elaborar informes a la alta dirección acerca de datos relevantes para la toma de desiciones.

Tu tarea será:

- Supervisar las actividades del personal a tu cargo.
- Mantener un estrecho contacto con las áreas de manufactura involucradas para la implementación de acciones preventivas, correctivas y su seguimiento, de acuerdo al área asignada y reclamos de clientes.
- Mantener y documenta el sistema de calidad de acuerdo a la norma IATF16949 y LMO.
- Coordinar y administra los recursos para la realización de pruebas en planta y requeridas por el cliente.
- Mantener actualizados los planes de control e Instrucciones de Inspección/PQS/HTE de los Procesos de Manufactura (Checking fixtures, realización y frecuencia de pruebas, características del proceso, etc.)
- Elaborar reportes de falla, detectados durante los procesos de producción y trabaja en la corrección.
- Obtener la información estadística de los procesos para elaboración de reportes y análisis de toma de decisiones.
- Diseño del sistema de calidad para mejorar los procesos,
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir la política de Calidad y los requerimientos del SGC.
- Cumplir y hacer cumplir la política Ambiental y los requerimientos del SGA.
- Elaborar y construir la información para generar PPAP y entregar al cliente.
- Liderear los equipos multidisciplinarios para atacar los problemas de calidad tanto en el proceso como con el cliente final, así como para la mejora continua.
- Elaboración del status de los costos de calidad mensualmente. Recabar información de las diferentes áreas para determinar los costos de calidad en base mensual.
- Capacitación en herramientas básicas de C.E.P. al personal de calidad y autocontrol, Trabajo estandarizado.
- Implementación y difusión de indicadores divisionales de calidad a las áreas de producción y el Staff cada vez que se modifica el concepto de cualquier indicador de calidad difundirlo en la Planta.
- Manejo de información en los portales de cliente (Covisin, SQTS, GQTS)

Para tener éxito en este rol, necesitará:

- Carrera profesional terminada.
- Manejo de herramientas estadísticas, técnicas de solución de problemas, Sistemas de Calidad IATF16949, ISO14001, CoreTools, Certificado en Six Sigma, Herramientas Lean Manufacturing, Tolerancias geométricas y Red X.
- Experiência de al menos 2 años en Calidad
- Ingles Avanzado.
