- The Material Analyst 2 is responsible for the develop of production plans based on the Master Production Schedule that provide a clear vision of the targets and priorities to ensure the satisfaction of the demand while monitor and follows up the accomplishment of them. The Material Analyst 2 communicates risk and required changes to production plans in order to make sure the shortfalls are recovered based on the stablished commitments to Supply Chain Management.**Responsibilities**:
Develop production plans based on MPS
- Monitor and follow up of production plans thru the line
- Decision making on required changes to production plans in coordination with operations
- Communicate risks/impacts of production plans
- Coordinate recover plans when needed.
- Provide projections of estimated completion dates and quantities for escalated part numbers
- Interact upstream/downstream with other operations of the process-
**Skills/Abilities**:
Proven knowledge of planning and manufacturing processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- SAP and Camstar systems knowledge are desired
- Root Cause Analysis
- Problem solving
- Proficient MS Office
- Advance Planning System experience is a plus**Education**:
Industrial, Mechatronics, Systems or related engineering degree is required
- Proficient in English
