Metalworking Company seeks Maintenance Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of planning the maintenance schedule in accordance with the long-term vision of the company and operating standards.
- Establish and measure performance indicators.
- Review repair requests and issue work orders.
- Manage the company's maintenance warehouse.
- Hire and train staff (technicians, assistants, etc.).
- Ensure the good condition of the organization's assets, be they equipment, machinery or facilities.

- Encargado de realizar la planificación del cronograma de mantenimiento conforme la visión a largo plazo de la empresa y los estándares de operatividad.
- Establecer y medir los indicadores de rendimiento.
- Revisar solicitudes de reparación y emitir ordenes de trabajo.
- Gestionar el almacén de mantenimiento de la empresa.
