**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manages user acceptance testing initiatives across multiple lines of business and supports training to ensure effectiveness of UAT initiatives
- Facilitates UAT process by reviewing test requirements, assessing business impacts of systems development, coordinating testing teams and developing test plans and cases to ensure users conduct thorough and careful testing
- Advises key stakeholders to improve user acceptance testing and assist managers in meeting business goals
- Contributes to development of a framework for future testing and increases efficiency
- Identifies opportunities for efficiency within the team and implements solutions
- Continuously strives to improve efficiency, reduce costs and ensures enhancements and implementations are successful
- Support, and facilitates training of new team members.
- Develops and mentors team members by providing direction and support to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to
project deadlines
JOB REQUIREMENTS
**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience
**Functional Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - strong ability to think critically
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
