**Responsabilidad **1: Reclutamiento y cumplimento del HC**
- Actividad 1.1 Reclutamiento de puestos administrativos e indirectos
- Actividad 1.2 Reclutamiento de personal sindicalizado
- Actividad 1.3 Posteo, entrevistas y seguimiento a vacantes internas
- Actividad 1.4 Solicitud de documentación, examen médico y pruebas psicométricas a nuevos ingresos
- Actividad 1.5 Reporte semanal de reclutamiento y ausentismo
- Actividad 1.6 Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de reclutamiento
- Actividad 1.7 Apoyo al departamento de producción: seguimiento diario de ausentismo y rotación
- Actividad 1.8 Promover mejoras en el departamento y en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección
- Actividad 1.9 Aplicar evaluaciones de desempeño a nuevos ingresos
- Actividad 1.10 Asistir a ferias de empleo y ferias universitarias
- Actividad 1.11 Hacer cartas ofertas y paquetes de compensación

**Responsabilidad **2: Administración de personal y expedientes**
- Actividad 2.1 Mantenimiento y actualización de expedientes (digitales y físicos) de empleados
- Actividad 2.2 Actualización y seguimiento de organigramas
- Actividad 2.3 Administración del sistema de gastos médicos mayores de la planta
- Actividad 2.4 Revisar y autorizar descripciones de puesto junto con el gerente de área
- Actividad 2.5 Administrar el HC, cierres de mes y budget de personal
- Actividad 2.6 Brindar soporte en las actividades que su jefe le encomiende

**Responsabilidad **7: Esta posición tiene la autoridad y la responsabilidad de detener cualquier proceso que ponga en riesgo la seguridad o salud del personal, impactos significativos al medio ambiente, así como la calidad del producto que impacte a nuestros clientes, garantizando se cumplan los procedimientos que correspondan dentro del sistema de Calidad y del SAASS (Sistema de Administración Ambiental, Salud y Seguridad)**
