**The Role**
**The Team**
You’ll be joining a dynamic, digitally-savvy and growing marketing team focused on raising YouGov’s brand awareness and generating new business leads. To execute Latin America-focused marketing campaigns, you’ll be working across a globally-dispersed team including product marketing, marketing operations, editorial and creative services, as well as collaborating closely with YouGov sales leaders and researchers. We are looking for people who want to have a meaningful impact, have a passion for insightful content and data, and are looking for an opportunity to expand their capabilities and experience at an innovative and growing company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead all B2B marketing programs in Latin America region
- Develop strategies to grow marketing database, including lead generation and list acquisition
- Identify consumer trends in key sectors and provide direction for Editorial on local content creation to raise YouGov’s awareness and gain media coverage
- Develop opportunities for brand partnerships and participation in key industry events
- Oversee organic and paid social
- Create and maintain core marketing and sales enablement collateral for Latin America
- Manage updates to Spanish and Portuguese language websites
- Act as YouGov spokesperson in media and event engagements in the region
- Report on marketing and lead generation performance
**Requisitos**:
**Skills and experience**:
- +7 years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- Fluency in Mexican Spanish and English essential
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese preferred
- Eye for visual branding and strong copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail essential
- Experience in acting as spokesperson in media and event engagements preferred
**Technical skills and qualifications**:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are essential
- Experience in Salesforce preferred
**Behavioral competencies**:
- Strong team player able to collaborate across a geographically dispersed organization
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business
- Genuine interest in consumer insights and data
- Excellent communication skills
