**XZB Tech**, of automotive industry, is a Volkswagen supplier and will serve the North American market and is looking for a
- Plant Manager_ to join the team.

**_Responsibilities:_**

1. Responsible for reaching company’s annual, monthly and daily production target.

2.Coordinate production resources, to ensure each target achieved successfully.

3.Responsible for the material and energy cost control in production process, and to reduce production cost accordingly.

4. Responsible for production efficiency management,analyzing result in order to improve the efficiency.

5. Responsible for 6S management on site.

6. Responsible for handling the emergency accidents during production and accident management. 7.Responsible for company’s KPI management.

8.To analyse and improve the items below standard.

9.To lead the management in factory’s team stability.

10.To lead the communication between clients and suppliers.

11.Monitor logistics delivery, import and export business, production plan docking, daily inventory work.

12.Responsible for coordination between HQ.
