**Function**:Operations

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing the execution of the continuous improvement process and ensuring the Daily Management and lean strategy through self-directed Natural Work Groups and BIT´s.
- Identify, prioritize, lead and execute strategies, tools, systems and training aimed to achieve the main objectives of the business unit.
- Develop and follow up of the strategic planning and CHOC process at the business unit.
- Collaborate with other areas (Quality, FADA, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Material Flow, etc.) to identify and implement opportunities to eliminate wastes and improve processes.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from colleagues.

- Strong collaborative skills with demonstrated success in interpersonal communications.
- Critical thinking with an ability to identify problems and generate creative solutions to make sound business decisions.
- Demonstrated experience being proactive and positive in high-pressure, ambiguous, time-sensitive environments. Demonstrated ability to work effectively, influence without authority and execute cross-functionally.
- Planning and prioritization of work effectively, adapting for changing conditions.

- Ability to use communication tools.
- English fluent (90%)
- Knowledge and understanding on visualization tools as: Tableau, Power Bi.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business.
- Leading strategic projects.
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge and understanding on Power Apps.
- Agile methodology.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
