La vacante
Como Jr. Buyer, serás responsable de las compras de nuestro catálogo de abarrotes, productos cárnicos, productos de higiene personal y productos de limpieza. Tu trabajo será clave para que nuestros centros de distribución de nuestra Zona Norte (Monterrey y Saltillo) siempre cuenten con el abastecimiento correcto de los 4,000+ SKUs que manejamos.
En el día a día, conducirás nuestra relación con los representantes de las marcas top del mercado de productos de súper (desde mayonesa hasta chocolates, desodorantes y detergentes). Además, realizarás proyecciones de demanda, colocarás las órdenes de compra y te coordinarás con el equipo del CEDIS para recibir el producto. También serás responsable de gestionar los inventarios y de dar seguimiento a los pagos.

- Eres una persona analítica, con excelente manejo de números y spreadsheets (nível avanzado)
- Tienes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle puntual
- Cuentas con experiência en compras (aunque no es requisito)
- Sobresaliste en tu trabajo actual/anterior y tienes mucha proyección de crecimiento
- Trabajas con enfoque en KPIs y resultados
- Eres proactivo y siempre buscas la mejora de procesos
- Destacas por tus habilidades sociales e interpersonales

**Responsabilidades**:

- Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de almacén para asegurar la integridad de los inventarios
- Asegurar el correcto abastecimiento de productos, por medio de proyecciones de demanda
- Colocar órdenes de compra
- Coordinar el equipo de recepción en CEDIS
- Dar seguimiento a la recepción y pago de facturas

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o ingeniería completada

Habilidades deseadas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación
- Análisis de datos para crear proyecciones y apoyar la toma de decisiones
- Organización y atención al detalle
- Liderazgo y habilidad para liderar un equipo de trabajo
- Experiência relevante en compras, CPFR o gestión de inventarios

- Lunes a sábado, 8:00-16:00 hrs
