Ruckus Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Ruckus Engineer to join our team. As a Ruckus Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Ruckus wireless networks for our clients. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver reliable and high-performance wireless solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement Ruckus wireless networks based on clients' requirements.
- Perform site surveys to assess wireless coverage and identify potential issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices.
- Optimize wireless network performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wireless network issues.
- Collaborate with network engineers and other stakeholders to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Ruckus technologies and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experiene working with Guestek; preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Ruckus wireless networks.
- Strong knowledge of Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices.
- Experience with wireless network protocols and technologies such as Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax).
- Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Ruckus Certified Wireless Engineer (RCWE) are a plus.
