**Responsibilities**:

- Develops, directs, plans, and evaluates accounting policies and procedures including cost accounting, general accounting, and statutory accounting.
- Manages the planning and direction of accounting activities, including the maintenance of the ledger accounts and financial statements.
- Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions, including coordination and administration of assignments.
- Conducts the Annual Operating Plan, forecasts, and financial reporting. Manages month end close and manufacturing variances, financial reporting, P&L and Balance Sheet.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Public Accounting) or Finance.
- + 5 years of experience in related field (Accounting, FP&A, Month end close, SOX).
- Knowledge in SAP, Hyperion, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting and forecasts.
- Experienced on Lean principles.
- May have knowledge in Innova and TRESS.
- English level 90%
- Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
