We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Americas Client Review Team and contribute to our value proposition in a variety of ways:

- Audit coordination: Ensure completion of audit pipeline by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and leading the operational reviews
- Audit execution: Support clients by sharing best practices and finding opportunities to optimize data, processes, and reinsurance reporting to ensure premium and claim data is ceded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the treaty
- Lead Due Diligences on selected partners to strengthen operational readiness and performance monitoring
- U.S. & Canada: Assist with audits in other Americas locations in the U.S. and Canada
- Audit follow-up: Work diligently with clients & internal stakeholders to resolve issues uncovered during reviews

Insights & analysis: Ensure communication of insights to and beyond deal team to bring findings to full scope of stakeholders and influence MU / UW portfolio strategies

The Client Review team is a global team within P&C In-force Management. We are responsible for conducting operational reviews and monitoring profitability of critical reinsurance deals. This role provides the opportunity to combine data analysis, audit knowhow, and consulting practices to generate and share compelling business insights that support Swiss Re's strategy.

**About You**
- University degree with a strong business and financial acumen
- 5 to 10 years of experience in (re)insurance with in-depth knowledge of reinsurance fundamentals and end-to-end understanding of reinsurance value chain, including cashflow, data management, and accounting/transactional audit experience
- Advanced data analytics skills using tools such as Power BI, with the ability to share insights and tell a story
- Professional communicator, primarily in English and Spanish (additional languages are an asset)
- Readiness to work independently and to take decisions (results-oriented, pragmatic, and able to overcome ambiguity)
- Natural curiosity and ability to step out of comfort zone
- Willingness to travel as needed
