El equipo de Ingeniería de Soporte de Laboratorio se encuentra en el centro del área de Operaciones de Laboratorio a nível mundial, ofrece servicios, soporte para soluciones y acceso al laboratorio 24x7 en múltiples ubicaciones. Los(as) ingenieros(as) del equipo son independientes, flexibles y están siempre listos(as) para adaptarse a las cambiantes prioridades diarias. Generan impacto de diversas formas, desde la instalación y el mantenimiento de servidores y equipos de almacenamiento en el entorno acelerado de computación de laboratorio, hasta la entrega de experiência técnica de alto nível y soporte a los(as) usuarios(as) del departamento de ingeniería. Además, trabajan con los equipos de ingeniería para crear planes de prueba de configuración con el fin de apoyar el desarrollo de software.

**Lo que conseguirás**

**Realizarás lo siguiente**:

- Proporcionar soporte operativo para operaciones de auditoría y parches, incluyendo instalaciones, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de servidores, software, redes y almacenamiento dentro de nuestro entorno informático de laboratorio.
- Supervisar la instalación de parches críticos y realizar auditorías exhaustivas de parches antes de implementarlos en el entorno de producción para mitigar posibles impactos comerciales.
- Ejecutar diversas tareas de mantenimiento e implementación para respaldar, modificar y mejorar equipos de red, servidores y almacenamiento dentro de nuestros laboratorios de ingeniería.

**Requisitos esenciales**
- **Nível de Inglés avanzado**
- Licenciatura en Tecnología de la Información, Seguridad de la Información o especialización afín; o 2+ años de experiência directa en el campo de la ciberseguridad.
- Al menos tres años de experiência como Administrador de Sistemas (WINTEL / Linux).
- Competencia en la aplicación de parches críticos y antivirus en sistemas operativos (Windows/Linux).
- Competencia en hardware, software y sistemas operativos.

**Requisitos deseados**
- Experiência técnica en virtualización, incluyendo la suite de aplicaciones VMware.
- Competencia en aplicaciones de monitoreo (SolarWinds, Nagios, Tableau).
- Conocimiento de redes, productos y protocolos apropiados (Cisco y tecnologías Dell, protocolos de enrutamiento).
