RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:
La responsabilidad principal del Ingeniero Electromecánico es solucionar problemas y reparar todo tipo de equipos de impresión y encuadernación. El puesto también apoyará al departamento de mantenimiento en tareas relacionadas. El ingeniero también apoyará la documentación e implementación de procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO:

- Instalar, solucionar problemas, reparar y mantener equipos de impresión, encuadernación y relacionados.
- Reemplazar, reparar y/o calibrar sistemas mecánicos según sea necesario.
- Trabajar junto con otros técnicos para reparaciones y asegurar la seguridad y calidad.
- Utilizar manuales de herramientas, documentos técnicos y recursos de proveedores para investigar y diagnosticar problemas mecánicos y eléctricos básicos.
- Completar pruebas y evaluaciones para las máquinas.
- Documentar e implementar el mantenimiento preventivo para todo el equipo.
- Mantener la compostura, profesionalismo y trabajar de manera independiente sin supervisión.
- Localizar fuentes de piezas y ayudar en la obtención de precios de ofertas competitivas cuando sea aplicable.
- Trabajar con el liderazgo en nuevas capacidades y habilidades de las máquinas.

EDUCACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA:

- Inglés intermedio / Avanzado
- Certificación/título en ingeniería electromecánica.
- Fuerte conocimiento y experiência en instalación, solución de problemas y reparación de equipos de fabricación utilizados en la industria editorial.
- Fuerte conocimiento de la mecánica y el ajuste mecánico de componentes, ensamblajes y sub-ensamblajes. Sistemas neumáticos e hidráulicos.
- Experiência que incluye, entre otras cosas: instalación y alineación de precisión de mecanismos de herramientas de máquina, raspado mecánico de caminos de herramientas de máquina, rodamientos y superficies de acoplamiento, reconstrucciones de cajas de engranajes, reemplazo de correas, solución de problemas y reparación neumática/hidráulica.
- Experiência en equipos automatizados.
- Más de 4 años de experiência en solución de problemas, diagnóstico y reparación de equipos de impresión y encuadernación.
- Todos los puestos requieren una atención cercana al detalle, la capacidad de priorizar y la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno de producción rápido entre varios departamentos diferentes.
- Capacidad para interactuar con empleados de todos los níveles y antecedentes.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos técnicos, dibujos mecánicos, esquemas y diagramas.
- Levantar hasta 50 libras y manipular sub-ensamblajes voluminosos y piezas/herramientas.
- Se requieren habilidades básicas en informática.
- Se requieren habilidades eléctricas básicas.
- Debe tener buena destreza manual, capacidad para usar varias herramientas manuales y calibres, capacidad para subir y trabajar a alturas elevadas, hacer un esfuerzo físico considerable, doblarse, levantar y agacharse.
- Experiência con permisos LOTO, espacios confinados, permisos de trabajo en caliente, pautas de la NFPA 70e.
- Debe poseer y mantener una licencia de conducir válida.
- Conductor certificado de montacargas.
