Nuestra misión es llevar los ricos sabores del café mexicano a restaurantes, cafeterías y otros clientes. Buscamos un Territory Sales Manager apasionado y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudar a expandir nuestra base de clientes en el área de Guadalajara.
**Descripción del puesto**:
Cómo Territory Sales Manager, serás responsable de identificar y perseguir nuevas oportunidades de ventas, construir relaciones con posibles clientes y promover nuestros productos de café de especialidad. Tu enfoque principal será visitar diferentes cafeterías y restaurantes en el área de Guadalajara para generar nuevos leads y prospectar directamente. También estarás involucrado en llamar y obtener leads a través de varios canales.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Identificar y dirigirse a posibles clientes, incluyendo restaurantes, cafeterías y otros negocios.
- Realizar visitas en persona para presentar y promover nuestros productos de café de especialidad.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
- Proporcionar muestras e información sobre el producto a clientes potenciales.
- Negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos de ventas.
- Hacer seguimiento con los clientes para asegurar su satisfacción y abordar cualquier preocupación.
- Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de ventas e interacciones con los clientes.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar estrategias de ventas y materiales promocionales.
- Prospectar directamente visitando y creando redes en el área de Guadalajara.
**Calificaciones**:
- Historial comprobado en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de alimentos y bebidas.
- De uno a tres años de experiência en la industria de alimentos y bebidas.
- Pasión por el café y conocimiento de productos de café de especialidad.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español e inglés.
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión de relaciones con los clientes.
- Automotivado y orientado a objetivos con la capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente.
- Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y manejar objeciones.
- Buenas habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
- Familiaridad con software de ventas y sistemas CRM es una ventaja.
- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad para satisfacer las necesidades de diferentes clientes.
- Licencia de conducir válida y auto propio requerido.
- Capacidad para cubrir los propios gastos mientras esté en el campo.
