Join the team as a Quality engineer_**

**_
Main Responsibilities:_**

1. To define the product quality & process objectives based on customer spec and quality standards and customer Quality Contract Review;
2. Participate product design review, process design review;
3. Involve CC/SC list, Flow Chart, PFMEA review with CFT, prepare CP, inspection plan, visual aids, MSA and capability study;
4. Lead PPAP document preparation and submit PPAP package to customer for approval;
5. Lead safety launch phase activity implementation. Analyze quality issues and coordinate CFT to take actions.

6.Involve program launch, training PQE, IPQC, set up inspector;
7. Pre-review the PPAP documents before send to AQ Manager for approval.

Customer Complaint & Auditor:_**

1. Customer complaint handling and follow up before project transfer to plant.

2. Be responsible for customer audit preparation, customer audit and open issue tracking.

Requirements:_**

1. Bachelor degree Engineering;
2.Experience in quality engineering, electronical background is must, Auto experience is prefer;
3. Experience in Quality planning or product design/process design;
4. Ability to read and write**_English;_**

5. Aggressive and self-motivated;
6. Creative and innovative thinking, ability to initiate, lead and sustain change, strong data-driven decision-making skills;
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communications skills, the ability to influence the behavior of peers.

Monthly Gross Salary.
