- **Head of Production **based in

- **Main Responsibilities**:

- Products provision according to specifications and customer requirements
- Determination of production priorities in order to guarantee delivery in due time
- Implementation of occupational health and safety standards of all assigned personnel in cooperation with the respective corporate HSE-sections
- Maintenance, careful operation and availability of the entrusted equipment and utilities in the designated area of responsibility
- Increases in efficiency and capacity of the entrusted equipment and utilities and improvements in the operational procedures
- Compliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment in his immediate area of responsibility as well as the job safety of the employed staff
- Personnel supervision, planning and development for the area of responsibility

**To be successful in the position you will need**:

- Industrial, chemical, mechanic, mechatronic or related.
- More than 10 years leading strategic teams for manufacturing processes and regulating leading HSE initiatives and experience in a chemical manufacturing plant or related.
- Fluent English to follow up international guidelines with a multicultural team.
- SAP and excel intermediate.
- Disciplined, High Drive and leadership is a must.
