About the Role:
What you’ll be doing:
- Program Design and Implementation: Develop and implement innovative leadership and management development programs that align with organizational goals and cater to diverse cultural contexts across our international locations.- Strategic Leadership Development: Collaborate with senior executives to ensure leadership programs are aligned with business strategies and support the development of a robust leadership pipeline.-
- Innovative Learning Approaches: Incorporate the latest technologies and methodologies, such as virtual reality, coaching platforms, and experiential learning, to deliver engaging and effective development programs.- Coaching and Workshops: Provide expert coaching to leaders and facilitate workshops that foster leadership skills and team development.- Measurable Learning Experiences: Design and implement learning experiences that are measurable and aligned with the needs of dynamic, fast-paced companies.- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of leadership programs and use data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance program offerings.- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to ensure programs are culturally relevant and effectively implemented across all contexts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field, or commensurate experience. Master’s degree preferred.- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in leadership and management development.- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership and manager development initiatives.- Strong understanding of leadership challenges and the ability to adapt programs to meet diverse needs.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.- Experience with digital learning tools and platforms is highly desirable.- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and facilitate impactful workshops.
