Internal Communications Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to develop an internal marketing strategy and execute highly effective marketing plans through a deep understanding of the target market, which in turn, achieves profit and maximizes the brand’s long-term potential. This professional will work closely with senior executives and HR to establish organizational messages and keep employees informed of developments.

What You Will Do:

- Develop and establish an internal communications strategy.
- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, slack, and newsletter.
- Use social media to communicate with staff internally.
- Manage an internal marketing team.
- Prepare presentations for internal events.
- Draft messages or scripts for senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form.
- Secure that internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
- Guarantee that internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
- Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations that affect organizational perception and reputation.
- Understand, communicate and commit to the organization's vision, goals and strategies and translate them into action plans.
- Comprehend HR programs and internal communications channels and methods, with a focus on creating engaging campaigns and experiences.
- Design, develop and execute an effective plan and approach for increasing employee engagement with HR-related programs and resources.
- Organize and guide cross-functional teams to define and deliver employee relations projects.
- Create integrated internal and external marketing and communications plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate interaction with all company stakeholders to define and deliver engaging experiences for employees and potential employees.

Here is what we are looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience leading teams, and developing internal communications strategies and KPIs.
- Experience creating employee engagement / cultural campaigns.
- Experience creating internal communications channels (Intranet, Internal Social Media vehicles, remote employee campaigns, calendarized internal events, moderating internal big events, etc.).
- Proven work experience as an Internal Marketing Analyst.
- Creativity.
- Trend Savviness.
- Strategic thinker.
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.
- Versatile, goal-oriented, driven, and proactive.
- Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Empathic, ability to act as a moderator between groups.
- Advanced English level.
