**Escentials functions:
Plan, direct and execute the site manufacturing plan. Provides leadership to assigned human resources. Ensure compliance with HFS protocols, policies, regulations and procedures within the scope of the authority. Maximize customer satisfaction through timely delivery of products that meet the required specifications. Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of manufacturing processes. It seeks to improve earnings performance in all product lines.
- **Experience:
- Ten to fifteen years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with five (5) or more years of that time spent in senior-level supervisory leadership roles. Aerospace experience is preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing of precision metal components is preferred.
- **Education:
Career in Engineering, Operations

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations required.
- **Knowledge:
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete multiple and diverse work assignments with mínimal direction and supervision.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, preferably in the fastener industry. Must have proven leadership and management skills. Thorough knowledge of complex electronic business enterprise systems required.
- Ability to work effectively with employees, peers, senior-level leaders, customers and vendor representatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently, prioritizing and completing multiple work assignments in diverse fields with mínimal direction.
