**Your responsibilities**:

- Promotes and supports reduction of safety incidents and occurrences.
- Leads increase of hazards reporting, HSE action plan, and other proactive HSE activities.
- Supports all HSE compliance related activities.
- Monitors and audits housekeeping and HSE related best practices.
- Drives closure/resolution of employee issues related to HSE.
- Integrates and shares Best Practices with other ABB businesses to drive improvement of processes.
- Identifies areas of improvement that will impact HSE and the general climate of the production personnel.
- Leads and support ABB way internal annual validations.
- Leads and support ISO 45001 &14001 certification.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Technology, or HSE Field.
- One year of experience working inmanufacturing or HSE experience.
- Good knowledge in ISO.
- Some certification in HSE field is a puls.
- Leadership.
- Good communication skills and proactive.
- Advanced English level.
- Availability to travel.
