We're looking for a Sales Force Consultant Order Management
- Overall 6+ Years of Salesforce / Vlocity experience with 3+ years of experience including
- Hands on experience on Vlocity Order Management
- Experience in defining Order Decomposition with relationships,
- Experience in defining Order Orchestration which include Orchestration Plan creation, orchestration dependencies, Manual Task, Auto Task, Callouts, Push Events
- Well aware of MACD Order Process
- Should be aware on Order Cancellation
- Good to have experience in of fallout handling
- Should be aware on COM and SOM product modelling in Vlocity EPC
- Functional Understanding of Telecom Product E2E design representing CRM
