As the Data Automation Specialist, the individual will support the GS/OSD64-NA organization by creating new automated reports as needed and maintaining the existing reporting structure. They will use their experience and advanced level of knowledge to resolve issues the team faces regarding data and reporting. They will additionally support with creating automation/reporting packages for new business with other Bosch groups.
- Creation of automated reports on various data points the planning team require
- Support new data automation topics, especially for new business with other departments
- Maintain existing centralized reporting structure
- Continuous improvement on the current tools utilized for automation and research new avenues to make data analysis and reporting more efficient
- Work with TET team on various projects to broaden knowledge and support data intelligence initiatives within Bosch.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Field of Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering.
- 1+ years experience working with Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, etc.
- Ability to maintain a centralized and automated reporting structure for the team
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Analytical skills / problem solving skills
**Preferred Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills and result focused
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong data analysis/reporting mindset
- Some experience working with Oracle database
- Flexible worker: Operates well working both independently and in a team environment
- Working knowledge of SAP APO systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of a reporting tool such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Continuous improvement process work experience
