**Portuguese Speaking** Program Manager - Mexico (Remote)**

- 2+ years’ experience in Program Management/Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full fluency in English (as this role supports primarily the US, Canadian & LATAM business)
- Strong attention to detail
- Data analysis skills, particularly via Excel - basic Power BI capabilities are nice to have but not required
- Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem (as MS FTE, Vendor, or Partner, but familiarity with Microsoft’s corporate culture and field organizations is a strong differentiator)
- Self-direction and a focus on quality, with experience managing a broad portfolio of tasks and commitments
- Additional fluency in Portuguese (of the multiple available positions, 1-2 need Portuguese capability).
- Experience with SMB Telesales programs and the surrounding ecosystem
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Azure cloud services and offerings, and/or with Microsoft’s Modern Workplace & Security offerings
