Eaton’s VEH EMB eMobility division is currently seeking a HR Generalist.
**What you’ll do**:
**Objetivo principal**
Esta posición es responsable de alinear los objetivos de la función y del negocio con los empleados y supervisores en las áreas asignadas. Esta posición funciona como un consultor para los líderes, en situaciones relacionadas con Recursos Humanos y está enfocado a proveer soluciones a los clientes internos
**Responsabilidades y autoridad del puesto**
Asociación con Gerentes y Supervisores asignados para seguimiento a las necesidades de Talento, Cultura y Competencia de sus equipos de trabajo.
Administra el proceso de reclutamiento y selección para posiciones hourly y salaried, de acuerdo a las necesidades de negocio, especificaciones del perfil y el Modelo de Liderazgo.
Promover y monitorear la participación en programas de reconocimiento a través de E-STAR y otros medios.
Asesorar a Gerentes y Supervisores en prácticas y filosofía de Compensación y Beneficios.
Realizar revisiones de talento a través de OCA.
Ejecutar proceso de evaluación de desempeño en las áreas asignadas, asesorar a Gerentes y Supervisores y dar seguimiento a empleados con bajo desempeño.
Promover uso de herramientas de mejora como ADKAR para la administración del cambio.
Trabajar de la mano con Gerente, Supervisores y Empleados para mejorar las relaciones de trabajo, ambiente laboral y compromiso.
Despliegue de calendario de comunicación con eventos clave durante el año (días festivos, eventos, juntas, anuncios).
Participar en juntas diarias de producción (Tier II) y juntas semanales del departamento (Tier Funcional).
Coordinar y ejecutar sesiones para escuchar a los empleados (mesas redondas, skip level, 1-1).
Reforzar, coordinar y ejecutar cualquier programa enfocado hacia la Cultura Organizacional (Políticas, Ética, Modelo de Liderazgo, etc.)
Proactivamente monitorear y desplegar iniciativas de Inclusión y Diversidad, así como tener bajo su responsabilidad al menos 1 Comité de Empleados.
Administrar terminaciones laborales (renuncias voluntarias, bajas por ausentismo, RIF, etc.)
Administrar métricos según sus áreas asignadas: headcount, tiempo extra, ausentismo, rotación, reconocimiento, entrenamiento, etc.
Investigación y seguimiento a casos laborales o éticos para su cierre apropiado de acuerdo al Reglamento Interior de Trabajo.
**Qualifications**:
**Especificaciones del puesto**:Carrera profesional: Administración, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afín.
**Años y área de experiência requerida**:3 a 5 años de experiência previa en Recursos Humanos
**Skills**:
**Competencias requeridas**:Sistema TRESS, Paquetería Office. Deseable: inglés intermedio.
**Habilidades sociales (soft skills)**: Comunicación asertiva, habilidad para organizar y priorizar, trabajo en equipo, servicio al cliente.
