**Responsibilities**:
**Workflow SAP Manager Support**
**Main purpose**:
As a key member of the Global Workflow Development and Governance Team, the Workflow Developer & Sustain Coordinator will be responsible for development of high-quality
of Master Data and Transactional Workflows, design approaches for high performance workflow solutions for improvements and resolution incidents with a focus on stability, cost effectiveness and on-time delivery. This position will ensure creation and/or enhancement of Development Governance, including but not limited to standards, best practices, guidelines.
**Responsibilities**:
- LATAM Develop and enhance Global code Governance PIRT SAP Workflow solutions maximizing shared code and common design patterns across platforms
- Provide Solution Governance to LATAM Perform design and code reviews
- Coordinate and manage SAP related issues across development lifecycle phases
- Organize and lead Proof of Concepts to demonstrate new and upcoming technologies
- Work/collaborate with external vendors, including on-shore and offshore resources
- Work with other developers to share experiences and learnings
- Adherence to the Enterprise Solutions operating model, including technology standards, support methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLA and controls compliance
- Leading SAP Operations with our AMS partners covering SAP WF area for AMESA, APAC, Europe, PGCS.
- Attend weekly leadership and sector meetings together with AMS partners to ensure Operational steady state for SAP Workflow
- Providing matrices to senior management on the SLA’s and ticket status for Operations working together with AMS partners
- Work with Functional Leads, System and Landscape Management, DMO and other PIRT project teams to close gaps/improve ways of working across all Workflow deliverables
- Manage resources in a matrix environment for PIRT SAP Workflow
- Evaluate proposals to estimate and adopt new SAP Workflow capabilities and functionality to share with the business
- Leading Critical Incident Management calls for PIRT SAP Workflow
- Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM process and tools, HPLM, SOLMAN, Azure DevOps, Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management for handling Operations effectively
- Support management of day-to-day data SAP Workflow process for issue resolution
- Communicates internal capabilities enablement needs related to Business strategy and future demand needs.
- Perform service satisfaction surveys to evaluate and improve service.
- Guarantee SLA, OLA to ensure day to day operation
- Identify and document service request management process improvements.

8-10 years of hands-on SAP Workflow design and development
2-3 years of Sustain SAP Workflow experience
**Mandatory Technical Skills**:
- SAP ABAP Expertise - FMs, BOs, Classes etc
- SAP Workflow Graphical Workflow Builder and constructors
- SAP Event Management including Status Mgmt, Change Docs, BTE etc
- BRF Application Development, Integration
- Strong Functional knowledge in multiple value stream areas
- Knowledge of SAP Hana DB performance
- SAP Workflow debugging, system trace
- SAP Workflow Configuration expertise
- SAP S/4 Backend Development a plus
- SAP Security knowledge required and security within WF engine
- Knowledge of SAP Integration including IDOCs, ALE, MSoffice
- SAP Workflow Administration in large production environments
