1. Plan and organize the work of your unit in a systemic and methodical manner. 2. Has the responsibility for determining requirements, scheduling production, purchasing and storage at minimum cost. 3. Maintain timely contacts with suppliers to analyze product characteristics, quality, service conditions, price and payment. 4. Establish the procedures to follow in the company's purchasing actions. 5. Present the offers received to your internal clients, making appropriate indications and suggestions about suppliers, purchasing opportunities and the different aspects of the management carried out. 6. Participate in the testing and control of samples to ensure that they meet the specified conditions. 7. Control delivery times, status of items, reception. 8. Search for alternative suppliers that can supply the same products or raw materials under better terms of time, quality and price than the current ones. 9. Monitor, or inform whoever corresponds, of the stock situation, warning and supporting with the design of actions on deviations due to excess or defect that may be occurring in the warehouse. 10. Manages activities based on materials planning to ensure that the necessary material meets production schedules. 11. Ensures that demand is aligned with both internal and external capacity. 12. Provide an open line of communication with sales and marketing. 13. Is in constant communication with Production Managers regarding production, planning and forecasting customer orders for shipment fulfillment. 14. Develops strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure there is capacity to meet demand requirements. 15. Implement managed supplier inventory programs to reduce short-term inventory. 16. Responsible for inventory management to meet corporate objectives. 17. Manage a team of material buyers and planners. 18. Establish the evaluation of suppliers in accordance with the deadline stipulated in the procedure, with internal clients who requested services and purchase of materials.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related Fully Conversational English 90% 5 years of experience in a similar position Focused on cost reduction Knowledge in the supply chain. Knowledge of ERP/Oracle/Microsoft Office system Personnel management. Focused on results Proactive, dynamic.
