**IP CORE/RAN Optimización (Análisis de Red Tráfico-Desempeño para Acceso)**

**Objetivo**:
Realizar análisis de tráfico y performance asociado a la capacidad de red Radio (acceso) de nodos en la red móvil del cliente.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Tecnología de la Información.
- Experiência en el área de telecomunicaciones en operadoras, ingenierías del sector.
- Experiência en análisis de tráfico y desempeño (Acceso y Transporte).
- Experiência en optimización.
- Experiência en elaboración de reportes Radio-Acceso.
- Experiência en elaboración de modelos de capacidad de Radio.
- Experiência en diagnóstico e identificación de las fallas de los indicadores.
- Inglés conversacional.
