**Sobre el cargo**:
Es el responsable de organizar una integración fluida de RRHH durante y después de la fusión o adquisición, buscando una alineación cultural coherente, una retención eficaz del talento clave y una gestión satisfactoria del cambio. Esta función implica desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para afrontar las complejidades de la fusión de los equipos de trabajo, aplicar planes de comunicación eficaces, garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y dirigir proyectos de People con precisión. Al fomentar una cultura organizativa positiva, resolver las preocupaciones de los empleados y supervisar los objetivos, el People Generalist & Integrations contribuye al éxito general de la integración, permitiendo que la organización salga fortalecida y más alineada estratégicamente tras la fusión.

**Principales responsabilidades**:
**Planificación de la Integración**:

- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para desarrollar planes de integración exhaustivos, alineando estrategias de People con los objetivos comerciales generales.
- Evaluar las implicaciones de People de la fusión o adquisición y desarrollar estrategias para armonizar políticas, procedimientos y culturas organizativas.
- Identificar hitos clave y entregables relacionados con la integración de People.
- Colaborar con los equipos de People para crear e implementar procesos de acuerdo a las necesidades.

**Gestión del Cambio**:

- Implementar estrategias de gestión del cambio para facilitar una transición fluida para los empleados.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el liderazgo para desarrollar planes de comunicación, abordar inquietudes y fomentar una cultura organizativa positiva e inclusiva.
- Colaborar con los equipos de People para diseñar e implementar programas de capacitación para respaldar a los empleados en la adaptación a nuevos procesos y sistemas.

**Gestión de Proyectos**:

- Liderar proyectos relacionados con People en el contexto de M&A, asegurando que se completen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
- Utilizar herramientas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos para realizar un seguimiento del progreso, identificar posibles riesgos e implementar soluciones efectivas.
- Coordinar con diversos departamentos y socios externos para alcanzar hitos del proyecto.
- Coordinar con los equipos de People para alcanzar hitos del proyecto.

**Retención y Desarrollo del Talento**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de retención del talento clave, identificando y preservando habilidades clave dentro de la organización.
- Colaborar con los equipos de RRHH para crear e implementar oportunidades de desarrollo profesional para los empleados en entidades fusionadas.
- Brindar orientación sobre la progresión profesional y las oportunidades de crecimiento.

**Cumplimiento**:

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales locales e internacionales durante todo el proceso de integración.
- Colaborar con equipos legales y de cumplimiento para mitigar riesgos asociados con asuntos laborales.

**Colaboración y Desarrollo de Relaciones**:

- Colaborar de manera efectiva con varias partes interesadas, incluidos ejecutivos, equipos de People, legales, Finanzas e Integraciones.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con empleados de todos los níveles para fomentar una cultura organizativa positiva y cohesionada.
