Corporate Lawyer

XX is Currently seeking for a corporate lawyer with at least 10 years of experience in a corporate law firm or in a transnational company performing functions of legal counselor, also strong experience commercial and contracts.

Main Responsibilities
- Draft, review and modification of legal documents.
- Support and advice on regulatory procedures including but not limited any necessary actions for the

obtaining of the Company’s permits, licenses, etc.
- Teamwork and constant communication with other departments within the Company in order to review

internal strategy/plans, as well the development of proposals regarding next

steps to be taken.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, throughout the study, review

and analysis of applicable and current legislation affecting the industry.

**Required Skills**:
Law degree.

Master in Corporate Law (desirable)

Relevant experience in corporate law, contracts and commercial negotiation.

Excellent contract drafting

skills (both in English and Spanish) and solid knowledge of business contracts.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines.
