**BOOKKEEPER/ADMIN**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter property expenses in RentVine, ensuring accurate billing, correct amounts, and attaching receipts to every bill.
- Log into various online utility accounts (electric, water, internet, etc.), download all bills, and enter them accurately in RentVine.
- Assist the Accounting Manager in ensuring all HOA payments and recurring bills are entered before sending reports to clients.
- Enter tenant charges in RentVine, such as tenant repairs, utility reimbursements, or any other tenant fees.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records and documents.
- Utilize various software tools such as QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Maintain a high professional standard while working with top-level high net worth clients and their support staff.
- May be required to work in our property management software but will receive training if necessary.
- Individuals should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

**Qualities Required for this Position**:

- Proficient in bookkeeping with a solid grasp of the general ledger, profit and loss statement, balance sheet, and reconciliation process. Will primarily work in QuickBooks.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- A solution-driven problem solver with keen common sense.
- Proactive planning skills.
- "Whatever-it-takes" attitude - enjoys being of service.
