Job description Summary: Develop Quality strategies that help improve our customers' experience. Monitor and lead activities of the Quality analyst team responsible for monitoring, feedback and calibration activities. Analyze and generate reports that translate into process improvement and KPIs. Responsibilities: Planning and delivery of quality team productivity, evaluations, feedback, calibrations, reports and analysis performed by the team. Creation of action plans that generate improved metrics and added value to Operations using Continuous Improvement methodology. Provide and contribute relevant information, such as reports, for the analysis of results and planning of strategies that create positive trends. Planning, development, documentation and oversight of quality department standard processes. Monitoring results and productivity at the individual and team level, to act appropriately with improvement actions and positive reinforcement. Communication in process changes to all relevant or affected areas, to avoid negative impacts that may arise from lack of communication. Implementation of activities for the achievement of quality goals, without neglecting the support to operational areas for the fulfillment of additional goals. Implementation of changes focused on meeting objectives Creation and improvement of the quality program for a broader scope, supporting operational areas. What are we looking for?
