The purpose of this role is to support the front-line delivery for the strategic interface between HR business partners and business Operations by efficiently executing HR practices & services to the stakeholders & employees in the business. The role holder will be expected to execute employee engagement activities and various employee retention initiatives to align business objectives with employee’s orientation within the company.

**Required Qualifications**

1. Excellent communication

2. Teamwork and a sense of urgency

3. Focus on human capital.

4. Knowledge, management, and mastery of job boards.

5. Excel proficiency for the preparation and analysis of monthly reports (intermediate-advanced level)

**Preferred Qualifications**

1. Fill vacancies

2. Generate recruitment proposals

3. Manage recruitment means

2. Follow-up to the recruitment and selection process for open positions

3. Ensure the coverage of internal vacancies in a timely manner by providing timely follow-up to internal customers

4. Follow-up of reports related to the area
