- **Use experience with Contact Center and CRM relaed data analytics and operational metrics is desireable**:

- **Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify data visualization requirements and translate that into actionable user stories**:

- **Ability and willingness to self-teach utilization of Salesforce CRM-A data visualzation tool if no current direct experience with the tool**
