In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. **Your Role and Responsibilities**
Experience in defining, leading and guiding developments and configurations of the Telecommunications industry, in particular Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
Consulting experience in full cycle projects, using agile methodologies.

Experience defining, leading and guiding developments and configurations of the Telecommunications industry, in particular Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) it's a must.

Proven experience delivering CRM projects, in particular Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementations for the Telecom and Media industry.

Strong design and development capabilities, combined with knowledge in data, integrations, architecture and security.

Solid knowledge and experience configuring and developing Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) EPC, CPQ and OM modules

Excellent communication skills, having the ability to lead solution focus discussions with the client.

Considerable skills to analyze, design and optimize business processes through the Salesforce industries solution.

Ability to convince the client in the best alignment to the best solution practices.
