Prestación de servicios de formación a nível de planta
**Tareas Claves**:
- Impulsar la prestación de servicios de entrenamiento tal y como se definen en el ámbito del departamento/equipo y en los planes anuales del departamento/equipo operativo.
- Gestionar las formaciones de iniciación (planificación, logística, formación).
- Supervisar las formaciones de iniciación (recopilación de datos, evaluaciones, informes).
- Apoyar el análisis de las necesidades de capacitación regular y basado en las necesidades y la elaboración de programas de capacitación adecuados.
- Desarrollar, establecer y llevar a cabo capacitaciones en áreas definidas (definición de currículo de capacitación, creación de contenido/material de capacitación, conducción y monitoreo).
- Apoyar a la dirección y la comunicación con el grupo de formadores internos y externos.
- Prestación de asesoramiento y experiência en el ámbito de la formación, dentro de la comunidad de RR. HH. y hacia la empresa.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas, procesos, herramientas y marcos definidos globalmente.
- Garantizar una calidad de datos precisa y conforme a las normas para todos los datos relacionados con la formación, el mantenimiento periódico y la limpieza necesaria de los datos de acuerdo con las reglas globales/locales definidas.
- Preparación de análisis / informes / presentaciones ad hoc regulares.
- Apoyo / liderazgo a petición de iniciativas globales y locales e implementación de programas de formación y programas, políticas, procesos y proyectos relacionados.
- Mejora continua de los procesos y herramientas de formación en el área de responsabilidad, implementación de las mejores prácticas innovadoras dentro de RR. HH. y hacia el negocio; enfoque en el apoyo al negocio
