- Interact with vendors in the resolution of complex problems. - Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data - Must be willing to participate in on-call support on the nights & weekends as part of the network engineering team supporting Global Infrastructure - Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, maintaining documentation. - English proficiency

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience of relevant IT support. - Understanding of data center facilities management, equipment racking and cabinets, network cabling. - Experience with network security practices and devices (Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint). - Deep comprehension of networking concepts including network design principles, data flow determination, routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing, etc. - Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve network incidents discovered via network monitoring and alerts - Experience related to wiring and cabling standards (ANSI/EIA/TIA 568 and 569) - Experience in mission-critical operations, ideally within a 24x7 large scale distributed and clustered environment.
