**Position Summary**:
This position is responsible for the timely analyzing, auditing, and reconciling of landlord invoices on AutoZone’s leased properties. These invoices include Common Area Maintenance, Insurance, Utilities, and other miscellaneous charges. These activities are geared toward maximizing savings and cost avoidance while maintaining lease compliance and timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and analyze complex annual reconciliations and invoices based on specific lease language to make appropriate reimbursement decisions
- Exercise good judgement when encountering ambiguous lease language and conduct the necessary research to make the appropriate recommendations to management
- Achieve individual annual savings objective and contribute to overall department and company goals
- Communicate effectively and professionally with Landlords, Property Managers, Account Managers and fellow AutoZoners regarding reconciliations and account balances
- Support other Property Managements functions as directed

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with commercial lease auditing
- Working knowledge of commercial lease documents
- Working knowledge of basic commercial real estate
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and satellite mapping programs
- Aptitude to learn PeopleSoft and other in-house database programs
- Accounting background a plus
