- Gestionar las quejas de clientes relacionadas con especificaciones de productos y problemas de entrega.
- Supervisar el trabajo de los Inspectores de Calidad.
- Dirigir la medición de productos recibidos de acuerdo a las especificaciones al momento de la recepción, aceptando o rechazando, según corresponda.
- Reportar, dar seguimiento y asistir formalmente en la resolución de problemas de no conformidades de los productos.
- Desarrollar, documentar, controlar y actualizar procesos para que cumplan con los requisitos de clientes o productos nuevos.
- Evaluar y documentar los sistemas de calidad de proveedores nuevos a nível local y de territorio.
- Reevaluar a proveedores actuales que presenten un alto índice de no conformidades.
- Determinar la disposición adecuada de la mercancía devuelta por el cliente.
- Dirigir el análisis causa-raíz para resolver quejas complejas de clientes sobre el territorio.
- Realizar auditorías internas de procesos y productos, y desarrollar y controlar planes de acción según sea necesario.
- Gestionar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de ISO9001: 2015
- Supervisar el cumplimiento del programa de auditorías internas.
- Proporcionar especificaciones sobre productos a los clientes.
- Emitir certificados solicitados por el cliente: RoHS (Restricción de sustancias peligrosas), Reach (Registro, evaluación, autorización y restricción de sustancias químicas), PPAP (Proceso de aprobación de piezas de

producción).
- Identificar errores en la calidad y los procesos, y sugerir mejoras.
