We are searching for a **Temporary Recruiter** **to join our team in Ensenada, Mexico**.**_ _In this role, you will be responsible for Under general supervision, interviews prospective employees for nonexempt and some exempt positions. May be involved in some college and professional and technical recruiting. Determines best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs). Refers applicants for particular job openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, and conducts exit interviews. May assist manager with the placement of employment advertising and related duties.

**Essential Functions**:

- Recruits and interviews prospective employees for nonexempt and some exempt positions.
- Corporate lead of new employee orientation process including planning and execution
- Determines best avenue in recruiting (advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, agencies, etc)
- Ensures compliance of all staffing processes, procedures, approvals, and forms.
- Keeps informed and utilizes knowledge of developments in such areas as wages and salaries, benefits, and
- Personnel practices (intern program)
- Prepare and send accept packets, personal contact to new hires prior to and upon hire date.
- Prepare new employee files for day one orientation.
- Present first day orientation to new hires.
- Coordinate applicants' travel and interview schedules.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Required: Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration or related field.
- 1-year related experience.
- High-volume recruiting experience requiring management of multiple requisitions
- Knowledge of social media recruiting methods
- Knowledge of general recruiting practices and methodologies
- Strong sense of urgency with the capability of managing conflicting priorities
- Experienced with working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
