El Asistente de Apoyo de Operaciones 4 es un puesto de nível inicial a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones, incluyendo lo siguiente: mantenimiento de documentación/registros, almacenamiento y obtención de registros, mantenimiento de cuenta, aspecto y apertura de cuentas en coordinación con el equipo central de Operaciones. Además, el Asistente de Apoyo de Operaciones 4 es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes. El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ayudar al gerente de la unidad al brindar orientación a todos los níveles del personal sobre los procesos y procedimientos operativos.
- Coordinar esfuerzos de equipo para garantizar la eficiencia de calidad, puntualidad y operación general para mantener el flujo de trabajo del departamento.
- Evaluar el equipo y asignación de recursos de personal y ayudar a identificar problemas potenciales que puedan afectar el flujo de trabajo del departamento.
- Interactuar con los departamentos internos y clientes externos para resolver problemas e inquietudes.
- Controlar el trabajo “en proceso” para cumplir con las normas de calidad y de negocios.
- Ayudar a tomar decisiones dentro de los procedimientos establecidos que equilibren las necesidades del empleado, la empresa y el cliente.
- Apoyar una gama amplia de productos y servicios y ser el experto en la materia del equipo.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiência relevante.
- De preferencia con experiência en sistemas de gestión de aprendizaje, sistemas de recursos humanos y conocimiento de aprendizaje y desarrollo.
- Dominio de habilidades informáticas.
- Capacidad para adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías con rapidez y sin problemas.
- Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.

**Educación**:

- Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.

El proceso requiere que tenga un contexto general sobre la validacion de cheques SBC (Salvo buen cobro) y Citibanamex que permita que pueda realizar:

- Validaciones de medidas de seguridad de cheques Citibanamex y SBC
- Validaciones de firmas de clientes e instrucciones de manejo de cuenta
- Validacion de firmas de funcionarios que firman los cheques de caja y certificados
- Aplicacion de cargos por devolucion a las cuentas de clientes Citibanamex
