**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Maintenance Reparations and Operations (MRO) Administrator to oversee the administration of all materials and spare parts necessary for equipment maintenance within the plant. In this role, you will be responsible, in coordination with maintenance manager and maintenance engineers, of creating purchase requisitions, organize delivery, storage and inventory of spare parts and equipment’s.
The position is based in Mexicali factory, Mexico; reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
As an MRO Administrator you will:

- Responsible for the administration of all materials and spare parts necessary for equipment maintenance within the plant.
- Providing support and overall assistance to the maintenance manager, to whom he or she reports, as well as to maintenance engineers and technicians.
- In coordination with maintenance manager and maintenance engineers create purchase requisitions, organize delivery, storage and inventory of spare parts and equipment’s.
- Establish corresponding spare parts ABC classification, related MRP settings (stock limits, reordering points, etc. ) within SAP Plant Maintenance Module.
- Perform inventory cycle counting, based on the agreed criteria for the different spare parts and document it within SAP Plant Maintenance Module. Follow the scrap and obsolete process in place.
- In SAP Plant Maintenance Module follow stock status of spare parts and planning purchase for spare parts and other materials (e.g., consumables), used for maintenance process.
- Provide documentation and administrative follow process of repairs of spare parts and equipment (e.g., NIP rollers, motors, carbon rollers, etc.).
- Responsible together with Maintenance Engineers to ensure proper spare parts inventory management, data administration in SAP Plant Maintenance Module, as support in follow up and analysis of maintenance costs.
- Participate in World Class Manufacturing Teams, other duties, and assignments, as requested by maintenance managers.

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related career.
- Intermediate to advanced English language.
- 5 years of experience in spare parts administration min/max level in manufacturing industry.
- Develop and evaluation of suppliers, sourcing and materials planning.
- Proficient using of Excel and database management.
- Experience working with SAP, nice to have spare part module
- Experience working with Pallet Jack / Lift Truck is a plus
- Skills: team player, service oriented, organized.
- Knowledge in industrial maintenance, tools, automation and industrial electricity.
