**Responsabilidades generales**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Seguimiento y Medición principales problemas que generan reclamaciones y deméritos con el cliente.
- Despliegue de Criterios de Aceptación y Rechazo y modificación de estos de acuerdo con requerimientos de cliente, generación de nuevos criterios internos de aceptación y rechazo de nuevos productos para asegurar la funcionalidad sin incidencias de calidad con cliente.
- Soporte y Desarrollo de PDCA's y Seguimiento a Acciones Correctivas (toma de datos para coordinar análisis de causa raíz y acciones correctivas y seguimiento a cierre oportuno de contramedidas.
- Exposición de análisis de causa raíz con cliente y cierre de análisis en portales.
- Revisión de diagrama de flujo y AMEF (asegurar que los hallazgos o severidades nuevas de modos de falla en AMEF queden correctamente documentadas y promover la generación de planes de acción que promuevan la reducción de índice de ocurrencia).
- Revisión y actualización de Plan de Control y asegurar la vinculación con otros documentos.
- Documentación de Controles derivados de Acciones por Problemas con cliente, proceso, producto o de sistema.
- Coordinación de Ingenieros de Calidad Jr. e Inspectores de Calidad.
- Calificación de Operadores de Producción, Calificación de personal dedicado a inspección de Producto Terminado.
- Atención a Clientes y responsable del monitoreo y seguimiento hasta el cierre oportuno de acciones comprometidas con el cliente.
- Participación junta de Ingeniería, APQP, Seguimiento a Pilotajes por cambios y/o Nuevos Números de parte, asegurar el cierre de acciones y seguimientos que se desprendan de estas juntas y que sean inherentes a su función primaria.
- Seguimiento a Material Especial desde corte, identificación, y seguimiento en planta del cliente.
- Control de Material Hold (Comunicación de estatus y acciones de mejora).
- Coordinación de Pruebas de laboratorio, definir frecuencia que garantice la calidad y funcionalidad del producto en planta del cliente.
- Capacitación a personal de nuevo ingreso.
- Auditor Interno en Sistemas de Calidad (IATF 16949) y Layered Process Audit.
- Implementación de Kaizen.
- Recorrida junta diaria en piso.
- Dominio del CMS y Dominio de Office MS.
- Apoyo en manejo de proveedores.

**Habilidades, requisitos y rasgos personales**:

- Ingeniería mecánica, industrial,
- Office y Minitab
- Conocimientos en BIQS, Requerimientos específicos de cliente OEM y T1, Control estadístico de proceso, GD&T, CQI 15, Core tools, CQI 19, ISO 14000 conocimiento de la norma, IATF conocimiento de la norma
- Trabajo bajo presión, Trabajo en equipo, Comunicación, Analítico, Facilidad de palabra, Objetivo, Buena presentación, Creación de relaciones interpersonales, Enfocado a la seguridad
