**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**:

- Be responsible for external and internal customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for weekly production planning and customer deliveries.
- Report core KPIs monthly; customer disruption, customer OTIF, Supplier OTIF, premium freight, total freight and ICR.
- Be responsible for establishing all inventories, material flows and support production (inventory returns, accuracy, obsolete etc).
- Ensure the management of customer portals (GM, Ford, VW and Daimler) to track material orders and specific requirements of each.
- Be responsible for compliance and enforce and carry out activities according to the Global Supply Chain manual as well as the procedures performed for the use of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning).
- Be responsible for the activities of receipt, filling, boarding and their accuracy in Infor.
- Be responsible for the control of engineering changes in the logistics part to comply with the implementation schedule, as well as avoid obsolete ones.
- Coordinate physical plant inventories together with the plant controller.
- Provide support to direct purchasing and supplier quality positions with logístical information as applicable.
- Be responsible for the management of warehouses, taking care of the safety of employees and plant.
- Be responsible for the budget control of the areas under your charge.
- Monitor the consumption of materials to remove negatives from the system by approving or rejecting such adjustments.
- Be responsible for the activities necessary to enforce good C-TPAT practices.
- Reinforce and enforce the use of the QRCM tool for the solution of problems in the supply chain area that affects the production of both plants.
