**Talent Management Analyst**

**Role purpose.**

Talent Management jobs support and manage talent development initiatives and succession plans.

**Main responsibilities**:
The job holder's role may include some or all of the following tasks:

- Supporting the planning and delivery for cyclical talent activities and policies, frameworks and supporting tools
- Working with internal stakeholders to establish and execute Talent development requirements for remit area
- Support in maintaining the talent infrastructure
- Provide management information reports to stakeholders in order to support decision making or determine business needs
- Supporting talent, culture and D&I projects by creating related metrics and follow up dashboards capable to add context to related KPIs
- Building strong relations with relevant HR players to build talent dashboards on a timely manner
- Identifying areas of opportunity to improve reporting and MI on relevant talent activities
- Strong control and follow up capabilities to guarantee data integrity and highlight delays to take action
- Customer oriented and analytical
