**International Traffic Operator**

**Mission of the position**

The development of strategies to guarantee the opportune process of importing raw materials, chemicals, spare parts, machines, equipment and products, in accordance with the RRNA (Mexican Regulations and Restrictions) NOM's, laws and international agreements coordinate some of the imports and logistics processes

**Duties and accountabilities**
- Development of national and international suppliers
- Negotiation with national and international suppliers

**Traffi**
- Development of strategies to guarantee the opportune process of importing raw materials, chemicals, spare parts, machines, equipment and products, in accordance with the RRNA (Mexican Regulations and Restrictions) NOM's, Laws and International Agreements
- Imports and exports
- Tracking of cargoes and shipments for import and export
- Track payments on time to ensure delivery and release of materials
- Logistics cost report
- Management of customs documents

**Imports**
- Search for new routes, availability of space and equipment, request and negotiate costs, extension of validity of rates, special conditions at origin and destination for air, sea and land movements
- Monitoring of land service quotes
- Customs clearance, custody and cargo insurance requested by the business executive and/or clients
- Cost control and management

Logistics
- Shipment tracking
- Tracking of units
- Generation of reports
- Updating of the different information systems (MFG/PRO)
- lead the compliance of Imports, exports and logistics regulations, tariff rules and taxes for imports from Asia, Europe and the US

**Some experience and skills**
- High focus on values

- Experience preparing and/or evaluating customer-supplier supply contracts
- Effective communication

- English C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency

**Experience**
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role
