- **Materials Expediter (Purchasing Area)**_

**Position Objective**: The Expediter focuses on ensuring that the flow of materials is done efficiently to ensure that the organization's business operations are done in a timely manner.

**Activities**:

- Work with vendors to confirm order statuses.
- Maintains communication and informs with the Sales, Customer Service departments, about changes generated in the orders (quantities or dates).
- Confirm and update the status of orders.
- Follow up on delivery commitments to suppliers.
- Execute and confirm orders with vendors.
- Update the SAP system with changes in materials and delivery dates as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Completed Professional Career (L.AE. L.N.I, L.R.I, Engineering).
- Advanced English 80% (required).
- SAP (desirable).
- Office Package Management.
- Basic purchasing or material experience (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills.
- High sense of service and urgency.
- Experience in administrative activities.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Analytic.
- Proactive.
