What profile are we looking for?

**Requirements**:
Mechatronics, industrial, mechanical, electronic or related engineer.
Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning, preferably in an automotive company.
Advanced conversational English
Good command of SAP and Office software.

**Develop your knowledge and gain more experience**:
You will be responsible for organizing the preparation and execution of production planning, participating in capacity planning, balanced production and monthly production and operation indicators statistics and analysis.
Organize the production process and supervise production implementation, coordinate production and materials, ensure smooth completion of production plans and meet on-time delivery of orders.

According to the inventory strategy and the change of production demand, timely adjust the scheduled pace, reasonably control the inventory, address the sluggishness in time and improve the turnover rate.

Comprehensively understand the production dynamics, coordinate the interconnection of the production links of each process and address the problems in the production management process.

Analyze the implementation of the production plan in each section, timely discover weak links in the production process, suggest improvement and supervise the implementation.

Responsible for tracking and coordinating the handling of material anomalies, quality anomalies, BOM anomalies and equipment anomalies before, during and after production.
