**Responsibilities**:

- Process client and firm payments, receivables, trade transactions, liquidity flows and wholesale card activity
- Provide instructions for a variety of tasks, including receipts and authentication, processing and recording, and reporting and reconciliation
- Perform cash management operations, including cash handling, check processing, return items and lock-box operations
- Participate in UAT, implementation, and assist with training new team members including training initiatives as required
- Monitor and report errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
- Follow procedures and controls required for custody accounts
- Provide feedback on project related activities
- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Effective written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent

**Objetivo del puesto**

Proporcionar un servicio efectivo con calidad a los clientes internos y externos atendiendo sus requerimientos de efectivo y controlando el procesamiento de sus depósitos de efectivo en cada una de nuestras ubicaciones a nível nacional, asegurar la aplicación de los depósitos de efectivo recibidos a clientes con servicio de CPAE en M.N y DLLS, en tiempo y forma.

**Objetivo del área**

Atencion y realización de las Operaciones de efectivo realizadas por clientes internos y externos a traves de 57 CPAE's a nível nacional.

**Funciones principales del Puesto**

Realización de operaciones bancarias a través de los sistemas autorizados por el Bancos (Teos-ADMWIN).
Atención a las solicitudes de registro de operaciones contables generadas por las diferentes lineas operativas del Área.
Control de los depósitos en Dólares recibidos para su abono a cuentas de clientes Morales, Certificados y Certificados con folio SEF.
Aplicación de cargos por comisiones a clientes.
Cierre contable de las oficinas a su cargo
Armado de paquete Contable por cada una las oficinas a su cargo
